Approximately half of the world’s population does not have access to the Internet. For many in the developing world, their access is expensive, slow, and unreliable, severely limiting access to online educational materials.

CHIPSTER'S WEB EMULATOR
Educational materials are accessible through Chipster’s Web emulator, which provides the user with the look and feel of the Web. It includes support for MySQL and PHP, as well a world-class search engine.
EASY & INEXPENSIVE TO DISTRIBUTE
The entire Chipster can be copied onto the flash drives, laptops, phones, and computers. Most content is open source, public domain, or has a Creative Commons license. Other Web sites have special permission for use on Chipsters. Of course, you can mix-and-match, selecting the content you want and adding your own!
